Workshops begin on Friday at 5 pm and end Sunday at 1 pm. Location is Watson Homestead, a conference/ retreat center located in Painted Post,  N.Y.  (whomestead@stny.rr.com)  Facilities include a shared double room; 5  meals; and access to hiking trails,  a labyrinth and fire circle, chapel, and pool.

Retreat offerings

Spiritual Autobiography:  Join in a guided reflection on life’s passages.  Personal meanings will be explored using creative expression, journaling  and a labyrinth walk.  Participants will compose and share their soul’s story.

Spiritual Autobiography

A Hungry Heart: If you have struggled with weight or eating, the issue may not be food.  Re-attune to your soul’s deepest hunger. This workshop incorporates  creative expression, yoga stretches, storytelling &  nature exploration.

Individual sessions: I am  a New York State licensed mental health counselor. Transpersonal practices are an important part of my work . My  focus is  growth centered therapy and personal transformation during life’s passages.
